Brief Synopsis
Dialogue is an intriguing activity, yet an integral part of our communication with people around us. Dialogue provides us the opportunity of arriving at shared meanings in a given situation. While we say we are engaged in a dialogue, one still feels unheard or misunderstood at the end of the dialogue. There is a tendency to conclude a dialogue without full closure of what is intended. This two-day workshop is intended to review current methods utilized when facilitating groups involved in dialogue; and to consider the possible dialogic approaches to assist us move towards being generative in our actions.
