Ms Faith Teo, an NLP Practioner, will start the forum with a session entitled the "Confidence Factor - Summoning Confidence When You Need It".

Bio of Presenters

Ms Faith Teo enjoys a diverse career that spans twelve years in areas like sales, game authorship , training, project management, business analysis, IT processing and life coaching. Her work experience runs the gamut with notable MNCs like Citibank, Reuters, Electronic Data Services (EDS). She was with Stikfas Pte Ltd and had been in the public sector. She loves training and sees it as a way to reach out to people and understand the way they map their world. She has conducted training for organisations like the Defence Science Technology Agency (DSTA), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Finance (MOF), Civil Service College, Reuters (Asia Pacific Operations), and Systems on Silicon Manufacturing (SSMC). A Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Faith draws inspiration and purpose from coaching people in achieving their dreams and overcoming their mental roadblocks.

Mr Lee Seng Teck, a Ngee Ann Polytechnic graduate since 2001, spent most of his time in the SAF training navy recruits. After attended the 8th IAF Conference in Subang, KL, in 2005, he developed a passion for facilitation and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience in graphical and colourful flip charting with people around him. He joined FNS as a volunteer facilitator, obtained his IAF CPF certification in 2006, and worked with MCYS, MOH and RSPO since. Seng Teck also received several recognitions in the SAF, like the the Best WITs Facilitator Awards and the MINDEF Innovative Facilitator Award in 2006.

Singapore Facilitators Conference 2007 - Latest Announcement

Please re-mark your diaries for this not-to-be missed exciting event to 1 & 2 Nov'07 (Thursday - Friday) in Singapore. Earlier, this was announced as 15-16 Nov'07.

The Singapore Facilitators Conference (SFC 2007) will show case facilitated large & small group concurrent sessions, success stories of facilitation in organisations, and integration of tools and methodologies between OD, LO and Facilitation.

This collaborative conference will be brought to you by the Facilitators Network Singapore (FNS), Organisational Development Group (ODG) and Learning Organisation Practitioners Network (LOPN).
