26 years progressive management experience. Worked with private sector, local government, the voluntary, public sector and own a People Development business in Singapore. Designed and delivered personal development workshops in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Germany. Awarded the MBE for researching and designing a Management Development Programme. Regularly coach senior managers in management, communication and continuous personal learning.
