Methodology
What do I uniquely contribute? What do I excel in? Where will I be most successful? - An opportunity to explore these profoundly important and significant questions which shape our facilitation success; interpersonal relationships; and personal sense of achievement.
This a highly facilitated workshop ideal for those facing major change or who are seeking clarity and focus in the facilitation and/or their careers. Facilitators will draw on TMS, Firo-B, MBTI, Ken Wilber, Eckhart Tolle amongst others when offering feedback. 1-1 coaching will also be available.

Fiona O'Shaughnessy
Ms. Fiona O'Shaughnessy. Fiona offers over 16 years Learning & Development (L&D) experience and has facilitated over 60,000 participants with the British Council's Professional Development Centre in Singapore. Fiona has written/edited over 50 articles on L&D. She has worked as an Instructional Designer for an e-learning company in Ireland and as a Researcher at Trinity College Dublin. Fiona has lived and worked in Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand, France and Turkey.
Jane Grafton
Ms. Jane Grafton. Jane is a freelance Executive Coach/OD Consultant and uses Facilitation as her primary way of working. She divides her working year between the UK and Singapore. As a Training Consultant with the British Council in Singapore she spent 4 years facilitating groups of managers. Whilst serving as a Major in the British Army she was awarded the MBE for published work on Leadership Development.
