This flagship workshop, under compressed time and dynamic simulated situation, is extremely hands-on. Participants will have to complete self-assessment questionnaires as pre-work and come prepared for immediate application and practice during the workshop. Throughout the three days participants will receive extensive feedback from peers and coaching from Certified Professional Facilitators on their performance as a facilitator.
